Our quality management system
In order to achieve our quality insurance objectives, we created and introduced an internationally recognised quality management system in complying with the requirements of standard EN ISO 9001:2000, in order to continually maintain and further strengthen confidence toward us at both domestic and international markets.
The first certification was realised by DEKRA-ITS in 1997 (quality insurance certification at the time). As a consequence of the modification of the standard, we transformed our system to the current quality management system at the end of 2003. Our certificate is valid until the 13rd February 2010, subject to annual successful supervision audits.
In order to continuously develop our quality management system, we define and achieve various quality objectives each year. For measuring the satisfaction of our partners, we regularly circulate questionnaires and based on their evaluation and regular personal discussions, we take measures for making our work more efficient.
We always take our partners' observations and propositions into consideration so that we can do our work at the highest possible level.
